Team Joveen/Michael… • Fantastic presentation • Good project objectives/goals • Font size? • Pert chart: put in # of days (Addie – point to the chart as you speak) • Gannt chart (not finishied?) …. Font size? How can you solve this problem? • FRDPARRC Chart: short statements (for Powerpoint purposes) • (Nikolai – good pointing to chart) • Comprehensive list of risks • Goals slide (don’t need to write out complete sentences) • Development slide (scale means?) • Basic vehicle calculation (units) • Good improved performance strategies • Risk matrix (connection to slide – joveen) • Problems/solutions (good bookkeeping) • Good testing and progress • Creativity/humor/enthusiasm

Team TJ, Raj, Dora, … • Team organization • First few slide: Use key words/phrases instead of complete sentences • Raj: better w/o cards, good pointing to Gannt chart • Colors on gannt chart legend • TJ: ok with cards, better without • Eye contact with audience • Risk: poor wheel alignment has same likelihood after mitigation? • FRDPARRC sheet: simplify complete sentences to simple metrics (ex: “the distance car will travel a linear distance of 10m under power” to “distance of 10m” • Distance calculation: x=5.7m doesn’t seem right! (want to explain this) • Mapping of FR to DP • Good progress

Shirley, Douglas, Krista, … • MechaMouse: “cute name” • Hector: practice on outline slide to be more fluid • Spelling error: GNATT chart • Legend missing on “GNATT” chart • Pert chart: color/highlight the critical path • Message of “new engineers and our limitations” should be re-casted to something as “enthusiasm and curiosity…” • Practice to become proficient with Presentation software • Good use of Basic performance analysis • Good presentation on risk mitigation matrix BUT need better switching among slides • Risk taking, enthusiastic attitudes are infectious!

Team Austin, Rubin, Luis, … • Great motto: FOCUS-HONEST-…. • Ruben: Direct body language to slides, avoid slapping on your pants, hammering your palm… • Risky to not have a prototype by this time because you may not have enough time to deal with unforeseen problems (e.g., structural issues with cutout frame, risk mitigation is not informed by actual experiments and testing) • Streamline complete sentences into key words and phrases • Provide more results on analysis • FRDPARRC: references should have names (instead of “Upon Request”) • Overall good planning
