  1. If you have a roof over your head, have a job to go to, a family to come back home, food to eat on your table and a bed to sleep then you are fortunate and blessed. It’s time to spread the same blessings on to people who are less fortunate than you. People go through their life without learning what their true purpose is. Those that can find a way to give back to the community what they have been lucky in receiving are fortunate. This is a mission that could be started by any organization, by

  2. simply finding a way to connect to their employees and customers and joining hands for a larger common cause. Doing good to others can not only provide you with satisfaction and happiness but also bring about a revolution all around you. People pass on the kindness they have received on to others in their immediate vicinity. This can do the world a lot of good. TCC started the Culture of Good with nearly 3,000 employees and 800 retail locations (wireless ones) across the entire country. They made conscious efforts to do good for their employees and customers and have made a significant contribution to many lives. In the past 4 years, they have donated millions of items, have volunteered several hours and money and all of this has made the employees more attached to the company. The employees have started contributing more to the world outside their office, stores, and homes. This has led to a change in their perspective which has benefited not just them as individuals but also their communities. This model of goodness initiated in TCC can be replicated in other organizations too so that their employees and communities can also feel the change and replicate the same to change the world.
