  2. Add your printer via the web If you do not find the printer you wish to print to in your application, you need to add a new one. This is done through the web. STEP 1: Open up Internet Explorer and type “printers” in the address bar. You should then see this page:

  3. Select the printer(s) you want

  4. Click “Open” on the bottom of the page

  5. Click “Open” again

  6. When this window pops up, click “OK” The printer you added will show up as one of your options in a couple of seconds.
