Option 1 : Exploitation, Encadrement et Formation en Hôtellerie Internationale Option 2 : Culture Gastronomique Française et Européenne Les deux Options Formation en Alternance Formation Initiale Public visé : BTS en hôtellerie et restauration DUT commerce et Autres BTS tertiaire L2 langues Public visé : Étudiants étrangers d’un niveau Bac +2 Actuellement groupe mexicain de 20 étudiants Débouchés : Directeur d’unité de restauration de l’hôtellerie de luxe à l’étranger Création de restaurant français à l’étranger Formateurs dans écoles hôtelières à l’étranger Débouchés : Assistant de directeur d’unité de restauration Chef de service restauration, directeur de boutique traiteur Professeurs techniques dans une école hôtelière, formateur Principales UE : environ 550 heures par étudiant Principales UE : environ 582 heures par étudiant
