Who Pays for the Services? • GSA has funds available to pay for certain studies, which result in a disposal action (i.e. TAR). • GSA pays for relocation and reimburses itself out of sales proceeds. • GSA pays for the disposal process under GSA authority (Property Act). • Other services available on a reimbursable basis (i.e. appraisals, Repositioning Studies, etc.).

  8. How is a Service Requested? • Contact your local GSA Office Real Property Utilization and Disposal. • Provide information about the property • The realty specialist/project manager will conduct a needs assessment and propose which studies are tailored to your current real property needs
