Minimize Meetings • The Board has cancelled two meetings for 2012 • All Subcommittees are requested to be as conservative as possible for their meeting schedule in 2012. • All Task Force and Working Groups should do the same. • COPs will analyze possibilities for cancelling some meetings in 2012 or be as efficient as possible with the scheduling of meetings. Project Prioritization List Troy Anderson presented the new methodology for the PPL New priority factors… Logging changes on the new PPL including all the approvals and executive review Will help everyone understand what has changed recently.   7. ROS Report NOGRR087, Reinsertion of Network Operations Modeling Requirements – Urgent (Vote) Approved ROS through a past revision accidentally removed the modeling requirements and this NOGR puts those back. Approved! ROS TF has been created to work through some NERC objectives related to ROS

RMS Update RMGRR105, Change to the IDR Meter Requirement Report Due to Inclusion of AMS Meters (Vote) - approved RMGRR106, Clarifies E-mail Process for Safety-Net and Emergency Reconnect Requests and Adds a Spanish Version of the New Occupant Statement (Vote) – approved with modifications RMGRR107, Replace TML References with MIS (Vote) - approved

Cross Valley 345 kV Project Brownsville Area currently served by 4 138kV lines Sharyland Utilities and BPUB proposed Cross Valley 345 kV project to address normal load grown in East Valley, Port of Brownsville industrial load addition and maintenance outage issues. ERCOT has completed a study and with the 250 MW load additions, there would be an irresolvable constraint. No generator able to resolve the constraint.
