Increasing crime = Extremist activities, Naxalisum, seperationisum, unrest, instability, & terrorism Taking education is rear wheel of the education cycle & transforming education into bright career or livelihood, is front wheel of the cycle. Both deserve equal importance. Usually the rear wheel gets more than 90% attention and the front wheel fails to get even 10% importance which creates social imbalance and makes life miserable for no good reason. In fact gaining the knowledge and information about thousands of available career and employment/ self employment options, can provide a series of equally good alternative job opportunities towards ensuring lifelong job security. 9. What University & Colleges should do ? Specimen of circular to be issued by the RC-NSS to the Program Coordinator & by the Program Coordinator to our Program Officers There is rising demand from UGC, Govt., Students, parents & entire society that the Universities & Colleges must do something concrete work for socio-economic rehabilitation of their students. The overall unemployment among the educated youth is almost touching the saturation point besides huge investment of money, time & efforts in the entire process. This is leading to unprecedented rise among the students in helpless suicides, multiple addictions, criminalization, naxalism, antisocial & antinational activities. This makes the entire education set up meaningless. Hence there is an acute urge for expeditious endeavoring in employment/self employment enhancement for the upcoming generations. This will be beneficial both for the educational institutions & the dependant students too. on the basis of our 35 years endless and selfless study of the crucial problem of food & work, Global Knowledge Mission is attempting to undertake a Nationwide Campaign Program on motivation, awareness, exposure, Information support & procedural help to the Universities, Colleges & Students in furtherance of their efforts, to the extent possible. However a well integrated & configured chain of efforts will have to be activated in a coordinated manner & on continuous basis for ensuring desired results. Global Knowledge Mission has prepared this informatory website for sensitizing on the spectrum of available opportunities & further follow-up support. We have also established center support institute in the department of national service scheme (NSS) in University of Pune, Maharashtra, India. For generating the centralized resource & information inputs. We have also identified the National Service Scheme Network under Union Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, India to support as extension hands for effective sensitization, follow-up & action orientation as this stream has teams of motivated & dedicated functionaries in every University & colleges irrespective of subject & faculty diversities. The regional NSS center for Maharashtra & Goa State at Pune, has recommended their all NSS program coordinators to participate in this endeavor & to communicate all their colleges to take part in this campaign. Global Knowledge Mission has forwarded : • our basic proposal • Recommendation of the A.P.A.NSS Regional centre Pune.& • Reciprocating circular issued by the NSS Program coordinator to their all 550 program officers in the 360 affiliated colleges. & • The soft copy of our Two Posters & Banners enlightening the scope & process of career making to be displayed on the notice board, on the walls & to be published in annual magazine of every college. After receiving the mailing list of NSS program coordinators under every Regional Centre & subsequent program officers & the every University, we shall be providing the series of videos of seminars by a no. of senior & renowned subject specialists & could request that all this information should be displayed on LCD screen in batches for the benefit of each & every student in every college. The curies, questions, problems, support needs, suggestions etc. of the students, Program Officers & College / University Authorities may kindly be communicated to Global Knowledge Mission for enhancing our support resource to meet the needs of every concerned on continuous basis. It is an essential & regretful fact to mentioned that hardly 4% or 5% of the total no. of student can reach up to college level education & the unemployment problem of remaining 96 % drop out strata is indeed crucial. It is need of the our that besides making our owned good career, all NSS students should help each & every student in their college & also even in the schools nearby for timely occupational capacity building much before the time runs out, we shall be providing statewide inputs & materials to every interested college on demand. Out of the 240 NSS working hours maximum possible time can be utilized for this need based activity of prime urge. It is therefore requested that all NSS regional centre, all Universities & Colleges & even Students may continuously remain in touch with Global Knowledge Mission on our website www.gkmision2020.org & email Id. sphirke@gkmission.org

  10. Part B: Second Green Revolution for Sustainable & Locally Self Supported Complete Food & Employment Security • Present Situation :Most of the third World Developing Countries depend on agriculture for very survival. If we look last 60 years history, we find that countries a like Japan, Germany & China have made outstanding progress both on qualitative & quantitative front leading to tremendous improvement in the leaving standard of common citizens. On the otherr hand there are a no. of countries in the same zone like Bangladesh, Shrilanka, Mongolia, India, Pakistan & many others who could not maintained development pace with the spirit of time. • As a result in India alone more than 70% women are anemic, more than 70% children are debile or undernourished, more than 70% people can get only one poor meal through out day, having acute water crises with unprecedented, unemployment among the crores of upcoming youth. It is true that in the early decades of independence, the population growth & corresponding agricultural growth has increased by 3 times enabling the rising population to survive. However in last 2 decades the development cycle has reverted due to a no. of controversial factors like nonperforming & warp program implementation, even after spending many times more resources than actually needed for the purpose. The reasons are bilateral. Techno managerial inefficiency and ever-rising, high expectations irrational and disproportionate expectations of a very huge no. of beneficiary population is also One important side of the coin of failure. No equitable distribution, non workmanship culture, non accountability at executional level, lack of patriotism etc. can also be added to other side of the coin. Acute severity of hunger, poverty & unemployment is exploding social unrest , instability, insecurity, disintegraty and lack of loyalty in the life of the nation. The situation is more or less same in most of the developing Third World Countries, where people cannot meet even basic minimum needs of survival till unknown time span in the future. • Remedial Action Plan : Appropriate Occupational Capacity Building of the functionaries & beneficiaries can lead to profitable & productive utilization of locally available resources. We can neither create nor destroy the matter of this earth but only can change its form. Similarly creation of wealth can be achieved by converting the solar energy into precious commodity with proper deployment of human & material inputs. Effective rain water management at mega & micro level & scientific farming practices can lead to several times rise in agricultural productivity. Mere rise in production can never lead to prosperity as bumper production always followed by fall in prices. Need based & balanced cropping pattern is another requisite for maintaining the demand -supply balance & price levels. Producers must have the ability & mechanism of selling their produce at profitable prices & they not to depend upon a chain of cheating middlemen. Prosperity can not be achieved merely by producing & selling the grains. Diversified range of consumable, industrial, medicinal, fuel, forage, horticultural, timber, & environmental plantation will have to be introduced in a balanced manner. Further we see that the price that the producer gets is 10 or 20 times less than the consumer has to pay for getting the duly processed produce. Hence the producer must add at least primary value added processing to his produce for getting better price in the market rather than carting crude raw material full of roughages. Short shelf life should not be a threatening factor but lengthening the shelf life of the produce by various possible ways at producers level, can be the effective remedy for maintaining smooth steady and balanced supply for avoiding the high fluctuation in the prices from time to time. Agricultural micro credit can immense revitalizing role in the above situation. • For implementing the above Global Knowledge Mission has prepared & elaborate remedial action plan for establishing district farm cultural institutes in every district & a chain of development facilitation centers in private sector in every village & city-wards. Mr. Satish L Phirke, the president of Global Knowledge Mission has selflessly devoted 35 years of his time to the study of root causes of hunger, poverty & unemployment in the developing economies & remedial measures on the same.. On the basis of his long Research, Analysis & Experiences, he has written the book ”Way to Bright Future” on thee above. Shri Phirke has recommended that the top leading industries & corporate houses should adopt maximum possible nos. of district units for all-round development under corporate social responsibility pattern. Shree Satish Phirke has also offered his End To End Counseling and Consultation support on Thousands of Components & Topics on the above on techno-administrative and social economic levels to such patron corporate houses in India and in all surrounding developing countries as well on continuous basis. • Shri Phirke has recommended that the likeminded donor/sponsor agencies should provide scholarships worth Rupees One & Half Lakh ( $ 3 000) for 3 years residential training of one functionary from each village & for 1 thousand functionaries from 1000 villages of 1 district worth Rupees 15 Crores( $ 300 000). In 5 years at the rate of Rs. 3 Crores ( $ 600 000) per year from 1 district for establishment of the above type of Techno-managerial support network in every district. This pattern can completely change the policy & mode of planning in agricultural / rural development & can restore sustainable food & employment security for every person & family in the country. • He has evolved & elaborate, time bound & step wise action plan of Second Generation Green Revolution for success oriented implementation of the above program. The desirous agencies can get in touch with Global Knowledge Mission in furtherance of the same. Appraisal Letters:

  11. Media Collaboration Media in democratic countries is the forth balancing support pillar. Most of the Media Reports, Discussions, Analysis, Reveals that Media Reporters, Anchors, Editors, & Correspondents do have thorough knowledge, strength, vision & point wise study of the social, political, economic & scientific atmosphere and crises-resolving modalities further they have tremendous strength to focus, enhance vitalize & multiply the awareness & impact of the happenings by many times. The courageous dedication of Media men keeps the water of life clean by removing the dirt there from, Even at the cost of their own lives. However the future of Media men both in print & electronic media is not duly secured in this ever fluctuating world. There is always tremendous pressure of threat to survival in future. When people are in trouble, media comes to their help, but when media men are in trouble no one is there to help them. In this website Global Knowledge Mission has suggested to establish 7 lakh development facilitation centers in 7 lakh villages / city wards of the country in private sector as an effective alternative to the presently nonperforming system and is implementing a comprehensive program for life skill development for crores of upcoming youth. We have also prepared a 3 year part time Techno-Management upgrading program for resource managers to establish their own development facilitation centers. We believe that media men can become the best development managers in their respective working zones & can earn consulting fees for the development support services to be rendered, as a side business earnings with the support of their family or friends by starting such facilitation centers. Besides highlighting the social work of various persons, Governments & Agencies, Media man can successfully undertake socio-economic transformation in it’s true sense and sincerity and do a wonder in creativity and highlighting, sensitizing, publicizing & disseminating the secret of successful development in all corners of the country in an at most effective manner. Further in successful stage of implementation of this program, the 7 lakh development facilitation centre owners will become duly trained citizen journalists for the media as mass communication & Development Journalism is one important of our proposed four faculties in their 3 years training program. This pattern will lead the entire media to the highest level of progress, prosperity & reconstructive strength on a sound footing. Under these circumstances the development goals pending since last 60 years could be easily achieved much before year 2020. Interested Media persons are invited to contact Global Knowledge Mission for joining this realistic process of turning point socio-economic Revolution.

  12. Appeal for Corporate project partners, collaborators, sponsors, & donors Today, more than 50% of world’s population is miserable victim of unemployment, price hike, recession and so on. This percentage is dangerously higher in Developing Third World Countries. Saturated continuation of this situation for longer period is threatening the social stability & safety, economic superstructure, industrial sector, political fabrics, & is leading to rising crimes, addictions, anti-social & negative grouping of the upcoming youth force. This situation & responsible factors are being blamed & criticized for Decades together. The real need today is to evolve & enforce corrective remedies. Hence Global Knowledge Mission on the basis of 35% long study, research & experience, has proposed to remedial programs for setting the socio-economic process in right direction. Firstly we have prepare a project to establish an international institute of Youth Development for motivating training & deploying 30,000 trainers in 30,000 Schools, Colleges & Universities in India & also in similar surrounding Countries. After giving them a 10 days rigorous exposure, awareness, motivation, operating skill & information support, we shall be assigning them to start occupational capacity building of every upcoming youth & student in and around their Colleges. The corporate sector & likeminded donors can prove of great health in establishing this institute & meeting the operational cost for at least next 5 years. Secondly, we have evolved a new program for establishment of district farma-culture institutes in all 700 districts and Urban zones of India & similar regions in surrounding countries for creating a village and ward level network of duly trained resource managers for enhancement & productive utilization of local resources. We have suggested that the likeminded resourceful donors & corporate houses should grant scholarships / sponsorships for meeting the lodging, boarding, travelling & educational expenses of these social resource managers under corporate social responsibility program in a sustainable & result-orienting manner. Detailed proposals will be forwarded to the concerned establishments and interested persons & institutions may contact Global Knowledge Mission in furtherance of the same.

  13. Future Plans • Establishment of central resource support station / Institute for training of the functionaries on employability education, career planning & livelihood security of every youth • Publishing informatory posters and banners in every school, College, periodicals etc. on the above. • Arranging state level & national level seminar on the above subject. • Putting video of these seminars on website, face book & YouTube for the reference of every interested individual. • Holding a series of motivational exhibitions & interactive lectures at College & district levels on the above. • Establishing guidance & counseling network & infrastructure for the needy individual. • Promoting district farmaculture institute in every district & facilitation centre in every village in private sector similarly like than in telecom sector & urban development network on similar line. • Circulating the above information in every corner of the world establish the network of project partner / support.

  14. Membership • Global knowledge Mission is a noncommercial & nongovernment social organization. It is our effort to provide maximum possible information & guidance, awareness, exposure & follow-up support free of cost. However as a example mere literature & free guidance can not meet the needs of medical or legal fields. There is always a requirement of supporting mechanism like hospitals, laboratories, operation theatres, nursing, pharmacy, & secondly like lawyers courts, policing & prisons for successful exercising of these social support system. Similarly students & parents may require much more help beyond our knowledge, information & guidance.
