  4. School Report Distribution • Sent to Principals as one file • Contains allschools, not just your school • Principals will deliver it to you

Steps to Resolve Your School Report • Code “01” • Verify using School Locator • If it doesn’t match the report, call us • If it does match, obtain the correct assignment code or notify parent to register at home school • All other codes • Obtain correct assignment code or notify parent to register at home school • Correct the student record immediately in TERMS All coding issues listed on the report must be resolved
