  2. Q : How to find the Learning Portal A : The internet address remains the same : www.learningservices.philips.com Language Log in !

  3. Q : How can I find the curricula A : After you have logged in, you enter a home page with different search possibilities. By clicking on a certain curriculum you will get an overview of the available programs in this curriculum. Some curricula have a “+” sign, when clicking on the “+” you can expand the overview and select the curriculum you want to see. Belgium Curriculum France Curriculum Nederland Curriculum Polish Curriculum

  4. Q : Where is the grid ? A : After selecting a curriculum as presented on the former slide, you will get the following overview : By clicking on this option you will get the grid presented for the selected curricum

Q : How to enroll for a class A : There are 2 ways: • Browse by courses • Browse by classes • Browse by courses • Select curriculum : like described in former slide • Select the program where you are interested in (see explanation on next slide) • If you are searching by the grid, you can select the program on the grid, select the region and you will get a list of scheduled classes presented. How to enroll is the same as explained on the next slide

Q : I would like to put my name on the course waitlist & My Training Plan A : After selecting a program in which you are interested you will see the following After clicking on this option, you will get some choice-possibilities. After making your choice you can SUBMIT the request. After clicking on this option, you can add the program to your Training Plan

  9. Q : Where are my Quick Links A : We made a choice for a more personalized name “MyLearningPage”, presented in the header of the website Q : How can I print or download the information A : On each page you will see the following : Download to excel Send to the Printer

  10. Q : I need help A : In the header you have the “Help” button. After clicking on this button you can choose three different possibilities for contacting the us. Chat with us Contact us Send us an e-mail

  11. Q : What can I do with “catalog” in the menu A : Instead of searching by using the info presented on the home-page, you can also search for courses, classes by using the menu. The way of working & screens are the same as presented in the former slides. You may “refine” your search at any time.

  12. Q : What is advanced search You can define your search selection for courses & classes. The choices are “and” – “and” choices. In this example we select all classroom programs, for the HR curriculum delivered from 1 August until 31 December 2008

  13. Result : The presented list are the scheduled classroom classes, for the courses presented in the HR curriculum and organized in the defined time-frame
