Procedeu si instalatie de extractie a uraniului din suspensii minerale prin schimb ionic Hostuc Petre, Bobe Mircea, Tataru Sever, Vacariu Vintila - ROMANIA Nr. brevet RO 82596 Realizarea unui procedeu nou de extractie a uraniului din suspensii minerale prin schimb ionic. Pentru recuperarea si concentrarea uraniului continut in faza lichida a suspensiei minerale rezultate dupa solubilizarea alcalina a uraniului din minereu se foloseste o rasina schimbatoare de ioni anionitica, protejata la actiunea abraziva a mediului de lucru prin introducere in sfere de tesatura de sarma inoxidabila avand ochiuri de 0.6/0.6 mm. Sorbtia si elutia se realizeaza in aceleasi utilaje fara transferul rasinii. • protejeaza rasina schimbatoare de ioni la actiunea abraziva a mediului de lucru; • reduce consumul de rasina; • se pot prelucra suspensii cu pana la 30% solid; • simplifcare tehnologica si reducerea costului investitiei. Rezumat: Pentru realizarea schimbului ionic al uraniului continut in suspensii minerale, rasina schimbatoare de ioni, avand o granulatie standard (0.3-1.2 mm), este protejata fata de actiunea abraziva a mediului de lucru prin introducere in sfere cu diametrul de 80 mm confectionate din tesatura de sarma inox cu dimensiunea ochiurilor de 0.6/0.6 mm. Sorbtia si elutia uraniului se realizeaza in aceeasi coloana fara transferul rasinii. Abstract: In order to accomplish the ion exchange between the uranium containing mineral suspensions and the ions exchanging resin, the latter having a standard size (0.3-1.2 mm) is protected against the abrasive action of the reaction medium by its introduction inside of metallic spheres manufactured by stained steel wire cloth with 0.6/0.6mm mesh. Uranium sorption and elution is carried out in the same column without the resin transfer.
