PURPOSE OF THIS TEMPLATE • When do I use this template? • At this stage, the pro bono consultant team prepares a summary of the Immediate Action implementation and outlines the next steps. • How should I use this template? • Remove and customize slides as needed for your particular project. • Anything in red font is a note to the team and should not be included in the presentation. • Send the final agenda to the rest of your team at least 48 hours before the meeting. • Please note, though immediate, near and long-term action projects are recommended, you may chose to only include short and long-term action projects. • REMOVE THIS SLIDE BEFORE PRESENTING
