NOTICE:REFUND PAYMENT Customer have the option either to perform refund or use the Lamb of God tickets (dated Sept 28) to enter to the second showcase on October 17 that will feature Enter Shikari and Bring Me The Horizon. The show on October 17 is not affected and will go on as scheduled. A. REFUND FOR OUTLET PURCHASE: (CASH OR CREDIT CARD) I. Refund period : 13/09/2013 – 13/10/2013 (4 weeks, will extend base on the turn out) II. Refund Outlets : Applicable only at Victoria Music Outlets (Sungei Wang, Tropicana City Mall & BSC) III. Time : 12pm till 8pm (daily) IV. Refund form will need to be filled together with the original tickets attached*. *Note: AirAsia RedTix will only refund the purchaser who submitted with the original ticket. V. Please photocopy your ticket(s) beforehand for your safe-keepings. VI. All TRANSACTION will be refunded to PURCHASER’S BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER and NO CASH REFUND will be entertained. Please remember to bring along your bank account info details. VII. An ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SLIP will be given by the outlet as proof of the refund submission.   VIII. REFUND PAYMENT will be credited to purchaser’s bank account within 45 working days upon form submission. IX. Any inaccuracy in the refund form shall delay the refund process, so make sure you fill it correctly!

  2. B. REFUND FOR INTERNET PURCHASE (CREDIT CARD ONLY) I. Refund Period: Immediate till 13/10/2013 (4 weeks) II. RedTix will send an email to all purchasers to inform of the event cancellation and refund process. On the other hand, purchaser may send an email to support_redtix@airasia.com providing the transaction numberAND the e-ticket attachment. III. All REFUND PAYMENT will be credited back to the purchaser’s credit card account. It will take 45 working days for payment to be credited.
