How it WOrks • 4 Year Pilot Program • Eligible Counties Contact UJS to Make Application • Applies to licensed attorneys • Agree to Practice Full-time for 5 years • If breech have to pay it all back and subject to discipline by Supreme Court • 16 Attorney Limit • Yearly Incentive Payment for 5 Years • Equal to 90% USD Law Tuition as of July 1, 2013 • County pays 35% • May enter agreements with municipalities, school districts or nonprofits to share cost. • State Bar pays 15% • State pays 50%
