  4. As an HR, bridging the gap between employees, makes each other even more approachable, they can get along and cooperate with each other smoothly. Thus, it increases the productivity and performance of the company.

  5. The HR also gives Incentives and commendations to those employees who deserve it. It boosts their morale in order to even do their best that contributes to performance. the company's

  6. Also, it is the HR's responsibility to assess the employee satisfaction. If an employee has a low satisfactory rate for his current job in the company, the HR should see through of what are the modifiable factors that are convenient in increasing the level of satisfaction.
