WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF A BOARD OF DIRECTORS? • Perform the duties and obligations of the association set forth in the Declaration and By-Laws, • Administer the interest of the association and the Homeowners, • Promote the health, safety and welfare of the Owners, • Conduct the business of the association with honesty, integrity and strict Code of Ethics, • The members of the Board are homeowners, non-paid volunteers, who must devote their time and effort to the performance of their duties to ensure that they are reasonably and faithfully carried out on behalf of the association.

Some Of 2004 Accomplishments • Reconstructed and upgraded the entire pool deck, jacuzzi area, play ground outer walk and gazebo with pavers, • Implemented a State of the Art Bar Coding Access System for the residents’ entrance, • Replaced water heater servicing the Jacuzzi, • Replaced pool pump, • Installed fittings and lock devices at swimming pool water suction points to prevent personal injuries, • Upgraded the broken sprinkler heads in common areas, • Installed chemical feeder and filter at the fountain, • Upgraded the computer system and database located at the guard house, • Installed an emergency exit key box at the back gate exit • Cut fallen trees and removed debris within the community after the hurricane, • * For more information refer to newsletter • dated11/06/04 for more details.

BUDGET PROJECTS FOR 2005 • Replace the children playground equipment, • Install back gate video camera to improve security • Repair asphalt pavement throughout the community, • Replace operating motors at main gated entrance and exit, FEASIBILITY STUDIES FOR POTENTIAL PROJECTS IN 2005 • Pool Heater Feasibility Study and the financial impact on the operating cost for the community, • Perimeter Concrete Wall Feasibility Study to improve security, aesthetics and lower maintenance cost in our community, • Improve speed bumps design to comply with the Fire Department requirementsand eliminate damages to suspension systems of vehicles in our community, • Color changes for homes in the community
