The Magic Audience Qtr4 2012 • Magic remains the number one music radio station in London, reaching 2.0 million listeners; the only commercial station over 2 million. • Magic has the highest commercial market share with 5.9%. • Magic listeners tune in for 12.6 million hours every week, making it the commercial market leader. • Magic is commercial market leader for Adults 25+, with 1.8 milliontuning in each week. • 55% of Magic listeners are aged 15-44 and 45% aged 45+ • 52% of Magic listeners don’t listen to Heart or Capital. • The average age of a Magic listener is 42. • Magic 105.4 reaches 3.0 million listeners across the UK Source: RAJAR Q4 2012 Average Age Base: All Respondents

Programming Highlights • Magic Breakfast with Neil Fox reaches 717,000 listeners, and has an audience share of 4.7%. • Magic is the number one commercial station in London between 9am and 5pm throughout the week, with 1.2 million tuning each week Monday-Friday. • More Music Drivetime with Angie Greaves is the top commercial show between 1700-2000, with 768,000 tuning in and a market share of 5.8%. • Gary Vincent is the commercial market leader between 9am-1pm, with 903,000 listening in and a market share of 5.4%. • 791,000tune in to Paul Phear in the afternoon from 1pm-5pm, and is number 1 in commercial market share with 5.5% • On Monday - Sunday evenings Mellow Magic is the number 1 commercial music show for reach for Adults 25+. • At the weekend, breakfast 0600-1000 is the commercial market leader, reaching 453,000 listeners and with a share of 6.3%. • Kim Wilde reaches 333,000 listeners on Sunday’s between 1000-1400, and is commercial number 1 in terms of share with 6.3%.
