Today’s Essential Questions School Performance Planning • How can school leaders use their school data, contextual district data, and collegial conversations to build strong School Performance Plans? • How can school leaders build a productive conversation between themselves and the people of their communities? Nevada Academic Content Standards • How can school leaders recognize and provide feedback about  instructional practices that  align to the Nevada Academic Content Standards?

  4. Today’s Essential Questions • Professional Growth Systems • Nevada Educator Performance Framework • How can school leaders ensure their  employees understand  the evaluation process  as support for their professional growth as well  as a system of accountability?

  17. Thank You, Elementary and Middle Schools! English Language Learners who exit ELL prior to high school graduate at or near the district rate each year. And nearly three of every four do exit by grade 8.Nearly one-third of our Kindergarten students are designated as ELL – And they’ll go to HS knowing two languages (at least).
