  3. The Sprout Curriculum rushed into place First classes offered 2008 Small enrollment Classes in several locations Practicum at K-State Research Center

  4. The seedling Moved Practicum to campus in 2010 when K-State researcher moved on.

  5. The Garden First season on campus – Fall – limited space for practice

  6. Campus Farm Administration granted request to develop 2 acres in corner of campus for demonstration small market fresh produce farm

  7. Future growth • Program revision in works – more options, electives • Enrollment growing steadily • Movement toward broader agricultural offerings • Goals: • Climate change conference • Consortium • 2-year degree
