  21. DIFFICULTIES • SOME OF THE CHAPTERS ARE INACTIVE AND HAVE TO BE REACTIVATED AND ENCOURAGED TO HAVE MORE ACTIVE & COMMITTED MEMBERS. • MAJORITY OF OUR MEMBERS BELONG TO THE SENIOR AGE GROUP SO WE ARE ENCOURAGING YOUNGER PHYSICIANS TO JOIN US TO CONTINUE OUR MISSION. • WE NEED SOME FINANCES TO SUSTAIN OUR MISSION AND EXISTENCE.

  22. SOLUTIONS • TO REACH AND ACTIVATE OUR DIFFERENT LOCAL CHAPTERS WE INVITE THEM TO HOST OUR ANNUAL CONVENTION. • WE HAVE WRITTEN TO ALL OUR LOCAL CHAPTERS TO GIVE US AN UPDATE OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF THEIR ACTIVE MEMBERS AND TO ASK FOR REASONS FOR INACTIVITY SO WE CAN MAKE THE NECESSARY MEASURES. • WE HAVE REQUESTED OUR MEDICAL DEAN IF WE CAN BE ALLOWED TO INVITE OUR GRADUATING STUDENTS TO BECOME MEMBERS ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS AND BE INDUCTED DURING THEIR GRADUATION TO HAVE MORE YOUNGER MEMBERS WHO WILL CONTINUE OUR MISSION.

  23. SOLUTIONS • CREATE A WEBSITE IN THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE TIME SO WE CAN REACH AS MANY MEMBERS AS WE CAN FOR INTERACTION AND ETHICAL CONSULTATIONS AS IT IS GETTING MORE EXPENSIVE TO TRAVEL . • WE DON’T ENCOURAGE SOLICITING SUPPORT FROM PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES SO WE CONDUCT FUND RAISING ACTIVITIES TO HELP SUSTAIN OUR PROJECTS and EXISTENCE.

  24. HOPE & PRAYER REMEMBERING POPE BENEDICT’S HOMILY REGARDING THE PARABLE OF THE “TALENT” THE PARABLE PUT GREAT EMPHASIS ON THE GOOD FRUITS BORN BY THE DISCIPLES, WHO, HAPPY AT THE GIFT RECEIVED, DID NOT HIDE IT WITH FEAR AND JEALOUSY, BUT MADE IT FRUITFUL,SHARING IT,PARTICIPATING IN IT. INDEED, WHAT CHRIST GIVES US IS MULTIPLIED WHEN WE GIVE IT AWAY! IT IS A TREASURE MEANT TO BE SPENT, INVESTED, SHARED WITH ALL.

  25. HOPE & PRAYER • WE HAVE TO ACCEPT THIS RESPONSIBILITY AS A RESPONSIBILITY TO GOD AND TOWARD HUMANITY. • WE CONTINUOUSLY ASK OUR BLESSED MOTHER TO HELP US BE GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANTS SO THAT ONE DAY WE CAN TAKE PART “ IN THE JOY OF THE LORD”

  26. THE END THANK YOU GOOD DAY
