  1. Screen Name: IFDI Screen Use: The IFDI screen is used to view checks written to a provider. IFDI Screen Description: Payee Financial Ledger Scenario: As a support staff person, you receive a call from a provider requesting information about the amount of pay to be received.

  2. This section of the IIS screens training will teach you how to access the IFDI screen to view all checks that have been written for the provider.

  3. IFDI,R12345,080106 Open a blank DHR screen, Type IFDI,provider number,date then press Enter. (The date can be today’s date or an earlier date)

  4. K/IFDI R12345,040106 Bean, Vanilla The Payee Financial Ledger screen is displayed.

  5. K/IFDI R12345,040106 Bean, Vanilla This screens lists the check number, the date the check was written and the amount of the check. In the Transaction Status field, REDEEMED or OUTSTANDING will be displayed. Redeemed = check cashed Outstanding = check has not been cashed

  6. Click the ‘X’ to close and return to the Main Menu When you have completed viewing the IFDI screen, press the Pause Break key. A blank DHR screen will appear so that you can complete work for other screens.
