In 1999, the Journal of the American Medical Association published a study titled “Service Quality in Healthcare” which revealed that medical outcomes are not dependent solely on the technical ability of the doctor to diagnose and treat illnesses, but also significantly are impacted by the quality of the medical service experienced by the patient.

  3. As we all know Ergonomics derives from two Greek words: ergon, meaning work& nomoi, meaning natural laws to create a word that means the science of work and a person’s or human relationship to that work. Ourstudy is about a 5 Qualities(5Qs) Model A System including Human Factors Approach to quality and Patient Safety

  4. Total relationship management (TRM) is a holistic approach integrating internal and external relations between actors, resources and networks to improve quality and decrease costs while improving patient safety and avoiding medical errors.
