Governor • Steps to completing your binder: • Read the guidelines thoroughly (sent w/ December Board Newsletter • Put it all together • Title page • Table of Contents • Sections according to criteria • Reflections throughout • Double check and PDF • Upload to Dropbox and share the link • Submit before February 20th at 6:00pm

  4. My expectations and promises: Every Lt. Governor should be submitting a binder There is a closure item for those who choose not to submit a binder Follow the rules!Ask if you’re confused Genuine reflections You will not be compared to any past or current board members Every word will be read

  7. Why should I apply? • Documentation of all of your efforts • Visual representation of your growth • Record a year’s worth of Division history • Inspire future leaders • Opportunity to BEE recognized • Memorabilia • Every Lt. Governor will be completing a closure item

  8. If we get one award, will we automatically get the other? • Not necessarily. • You must be eligible for the Lucas to be considered for Distinguished • There are Lt. Governors who receive RFL, but not Distinguished

  9. What happens if we don’t submit our binder by 6:00 PM? • Follow instructions. • You MUST submit your binder BEFORE February 20th, 6 PM in order to be considered for the Distinguished Lt. Governor Award • All binders will be downloaded as they are received, so make sure your submission is the FINAL draft
