  2. Geography and Climate♥ Location: South of the Tundra between latitudes 50N,60N Description: The Taiga is a cold forest region. Soil Type: Most soils thaw completely during the summer so that the trees can grow. Precipitation: The precipitation is mostly snow and averages 35 cm to 100cm. Temperate Range: Below freezing during the winter to 30C. Climate: Average temperature over 50F (10c) (mostly cold).

  3. Biodiversity♥: Plant Species: •Evergreen Trees •Lichens •Mosses Animal Species: •Moose •Lynx •Shrews •Bears •Foxes

  4. Adaptation: Plants: Most soils thaw completely during the summer, making it possible for the tree to grow. Animals: They have the right supply for food and water.

  5. Interactions- Biotic: Trees,lichens,moose,lynx,shrews,bears,foxes Abiotic: Snows, mountains
