  2. Connection: Wrestling isn’t always bad. For example, the Messenger (SAW) was wearing a mask and asked Umar (RA) to wrestle him. Umar (RA) accepted but, lost.He was embarrassed when he found out he wrestled the Messenger (SAW)

  3. The way it works: • There are different types of wrestling • First one to touch the ground with any part of there body other than the feet loses. (toppling) • Certain position (touch fall) • Certain position for an amount of time (pin fall) • Submission

  4. Types of wrestling • Belt & Jacket (grip) • Catch Hold (hold then start) • Loose style (no grip)

  5. History • Wrestling has existed even in prehistoric times. It was one of the first games.
