  1. Andhra Pradesh Seed Village Programme • An amount of Rs.3198.6155 lakh was released during 2011-12.Out of this Rs. 3941.77 lakh has been utilised (including unspent of previous year) and Rs. 2854.4045 lakh has been revalidated during 2012-13. Creation of Seed Infrastructure Facilities • An amount of Rs.400.00 lakh(1st installment) released to APSSDC during 2009-10. In spite repeated request Physical progress report and UC is still awaited.

  2. Karnataka Seed Village Programme • Rs.128.272 lakh released to UAS, Dharwad during 2012-13. • Rs.277.428 lakh released to UAS, Bangalore during 2010-11 and is fully utilised. • Rs.20.499 lakh released to Birds KVK, Tukkanati during 2012-13. • Rs.312.638 lakh released to KSSC during 2011-12. Out of this 141.20 lakh has been utilised and unspent balance of Rs. 203.687 lakh is revalidated 2012-13 Creation of Seed Infrastructure Facilities • An amount of Rs.75.00 lakh released to UAS, Dharwad during 2011-12 and Physical progress report and U C is awaited. • An amount of Rs. 108.75 lakh released to UAS, Bangalore during 2011-12 and same has been utilised. • Rs.40.01 lakh released to UAS Raichur during 2012-13.

  3. Tamilnadu Seed Village Programme • An amount of Rs.2639.00 lakh released to Govt. of Tamilnadu during 2010-11 and Rs.2748.36 lakh utilised(including unspent balance of previous year). • An amount of Rs.2922.260 lakh released during 2011-12 to Govt. of Tamilnadu and 2803.740 lakh has been utilised. • An amount of Rs. 2843.740 lakh released to Government of Tamil Nadu and unspent balance of Rs. 236 lakh revalidated during 2012-13. Creation of Seed Infrastructure Facilities • An amount of Rs.1962.00 lakh released to Govt. of Tamilnadu during 2009-10 and Rs.1125.00 lakh utilised.Physical progress awaited. • An amount of Rs.837.00 lakh (unspent balance of previous year) has been utilised during 2011-12, physical progress is awaited. • An amount of Rs. 637.40 lakh released to Government of Tamil Nadu during 2011-12 and UC , progress is awaited.

  4. Kerala Seed Village Programme • An amount of Rs.227.50 lakh released to KSSDA, during 2009-10 and same has been utilised. However, physical progress report in the prescribed proforma is awaited. • An amount of Rs. 463.38 lakh release to Govt. of Kerala in 2009-10 and Rs. 444.516 lakh utilized. However, physical progress report in the prescribed proforma and UC for balance amount is awaited. Creation of Seed Infrastructure Facilities • An amount of Rs.100.00 lakh released to Govt. of Kerala during 2009-10 and 61.70 lakh utilised. Physical progress and U C is awaited. • An amount of Rs.224.00 lakh released to KSSDA during 2009-10 and Rs 114.98 lakh has been utilised. Physical progress report and U C is awaited for Rs. 109.02 lakh.

  5. Puducherry Seed Village Programme • An amount of Rs.0.30 lakh released to Govt. of Puducherry during 2010-11. Physical progress report and audited Utilisation Certificate is awaited. Creation of Seed Infrastructure Facilities • An amount of Rs.39.00 lakh released to Govt. of Puducherry and Rs.32.53 lakh has been utilised during 2009-10. Physical progress report and Utilisation Certificate is awaited.

  6. Maharashtra Seed Village Programme • An amount of Rs.761.24 lakh released to MSSC during 2010-11 and Rs.198.42 lakh utilised. • Unspent balance of Rs.562.82 lakh revalidated and Rs. 280.73 lakh was utilized during 2011-12. Physical progress report in prescribed proforma is awaited. • Unspent balance of Rs. 290.13 lakh revalidated for 2012-13 and Rs.34.09 lakh utilised in Kharif -2012.

  7. Gujarat Seed Village Programme • An amount of Rs.1500.00 lakh released to Govt. of Gujarat during 2011-12 and unspent balance of Rs.943.64 lakh revalidated for 2012-13. • An amount of Rs.3200.00 lakh released to GSSC during 2011-12 and unspent balance of Rs. 1118.87 lakh revalidated for 2012-13. Physical progress report and Utilisation Certificate is awaited. • An amount of Rs.22.050 lakh released to Junagadh Agricultural University during 2010-11 and Rs.17.571 lakh utilised, balance amount revalidated for utilisation in 2011-12 • An amount of Rs.118.535 lakh released to Junagadh Agricultural University and 23.84 lakh was utilised in 2011-12 and unspent balance of Rs. 99.17 lakh was revalidated for 2012-13. • An amount of Rs.24.292 lakh released to Navsari Agricultural University and 11.44 lakh utilised during 2011-12. The unspent balance 18.47 lakh revalidated for 2012-13. • An amount of Rs.11.65 lakh released to Anand Agricultural University and Rs. 7.79 lakh utilized in 2011-12. • An amount of Rs.92.85 lakh released to Anand Agricultural University during 2012-13 and Rs. 2.18 lakh also revalidated for 2012-13. Creation of Seed Infrastructure Facilities • An amount of Rs.89.00 lakh released to Anand Agricultural University during 2011-12. Physical progress and Utilisation Certificate awaited. • An amount of Rs.100.00 lakh released to Gujarat State Seeds Corporation and Rs. 48.90 lakh utilized during 2011-12. Physical progress report and Utilisation Certificate is awaited.

  8. Madhya Pradesh Seed Village Programme • Rs.3660.55 lakh released to Govt. of MP during 2012-13. • An unspent balance of Rs. 140.68 lakh is also revalidated for its utilisation during current financial year . • An amount of Rs.46.860 Lakh released to JNKVV during 2009-10 and unspent balance of Rs.11.061 lakh is still available. Physical progress report and UC of balance amount is awaited. Creation of Seed Infrastructure Facilities • An amount of Rs.180.00 lakh released to MP State Coop. Mktg. Fed. in 2011-12. Physical progress report and Audited UC is awaited. • 1st installment of Rs.273.75 lakh released to MP Rajya Beej Evam Farm Vikas Nigam during 2011-12 and Rs. 211.01 lakh has been utilised. • IInd installment of Rs. 273.75 lakh released to MP Rajya Evam Farm Vikas Nigam during 2011-12. Physical progress and Audited UC awaited.

  9. Rajasthan Seed Village Programme • An amount of Rs.387.05 lakh was released to RSSC during 2009-10 and Rs. 192.513 lakh utilised. Out of unspent balance, Rs.157.226 lakh has been utilised in 2010-11.Still there is balance of Rs. 56.94 Lakh and revalidation of same is under consideration with IFD. Creation of Seed Infrastructure Facilities • An amount of Rs.150.00 lakh released to Rajasthan Rajya TilhanSangh Ltd. during 2009-10 and Rs.142.919 lakh utilised by the corporation. Physical progress report and Audited UC is awaited. • 1st installment of Rs.47.50 lakh released to Govt. of Rajasthan during 2010-11. Physical progress report and Audited UC is awaited.

  10. Chhattisgarh Seed Village Programme • An amount of Rs.200.00 lakh released to Govt. of Chhattisgarh and Rs. 283.17 lakh has been utilised including unspent balance during 2011-12. • Unspent balance of Rs. 50.827 lakh has been revalidated during 2012-13. Creation of Seed Infrastructure Facilities • An amount of Rs.101.50 lakh was released to Chhattisgarh State Seeds & Agriculture Development Corporation during 2011-12 progress report and Utilization Certificate awaited.
