  5. Open Archive System of Team Turkey • In our system it is possible to create more than one collection and sub collections. Thus it would be possible to hold different archive, , museum and archival collection in one system. • We organized Turkish interface, it could be changeable with English and the systems allow us to add or delete anymetadata or access fields.

  6. Anybody who become a member of the systems have the opportunities to add new content, monitor or browse the systems at any time or place if she or he have internet connection. • This system accept any content it would be digital text, image, video, slide etc. in any format.

Sisteme yeni kaynak yükleme üyeler tarafından herhangi bir İnternet noktasında sisteme erişimle gerçekleşebilmektedir. • Sistem kaynakların tanımlanmasında Dublin Core tanımlama kriterlerini kullanmaktadır. • Sisteme kaynak bilgileri yüklenirken, kaynakların telif hakları ve kullanım hakkını bulunduran kuruluşlara ait bilgilerin ve kullanım koşullarının eksiksiz doldurulması gerekmektedir .

Introduction to digitisation • This topic outlines basic concepts associated with process of digitisation of cultural heritage. • In this part you will learn why digitisation is so important and what is the role of small memory institution in the process of digital preservation. Basic digitisation workflows will be also presented to give you an idea of what should be done in order to create and publish digital version of cultural heritage objects in the Internet. • What is the rationale for digitisation activities in cultural heritage domain?
