  2. Ismail Sirdah, a hard working entrepreneur applied all his efforts to be well placed in the business world. Establishing his own entertainment promotion firm, Lulu promotions and Music he was able to bring the firm to heights in the south east. His entertainment firm has been promoted in such a way that it becomes recognizable and has brand loyalty. The beauty of the firm is identifies in its events that targets a variety of artistic and musical culture. The firm is represented by famous Georgia places including La Rumba Night Club, Taboo, Echelon 3000 and El Noa Noa. Another part of his business lies in the Mexican restaurant that he is running, El Matador. It is running successfully serving classic Mexican specialties and with a great profitability. It is being successfully rated throughout.

  3. Apart from his business, he also takes into the concern the wellbeing of his employees and encourages them to success on integrity, loyalty and knowledge. He is involved in many CSR (corporate social responsibility) activities such that it brings up his presence in the local community also. He has supported local schools, donating to and supporting events, scholarships and playground construction. He is being donating to the Red Cross and UNICEF, which are his favorite charitable organizations. He has always made well use of the modern aspects of technology to compete in the global world. He is well educated and is an Associate’s degree holder in Civil engineering and a bachelor’s degree holder in Mechanical engineering technology. He never compromises on his family by finding time to spend with them even in his busy schedules. This proves his real personality because he never let his family away even though he is tied up with his business.

  4. He is seriously passionate about his business and work to prove continued success in his profession. He has always aimed to teach his employees the value of hard work and value of intelligence and imagination. It is the trust that his people have towards him that has brought success to the highest level. The opportunities that came across in his life were properly used to gain respect in the society.
