  2. Region of Egypt Egypt is very old. Egypt is located in Africa. The capital of Egypt is Cairo. Well some may think thatA LOTof people livein Egypt well here is the exact number 76,117,421 so does that answer your question. The main religion in Egypt is Muslim(94% Sunni). Has anyone every herd of what language they Egyptian duds speak???

  3. Regions They speak Arabic. Egypt's main source of water is the Nile River. You need to wait for the host to tell you where to sit. You can only eat with the right hand only.Always show appreciation for the meal.  This might sound crazy but salting your food is considered an insult.  You should Leave a small amount of food on your plate when you have finished eating. Otherwise they will keep filling up your plate for you!

  4. Movement  Modern day Egypt has many imports and exports. Some of those exports are oil, metal, cotton, textiles and chemicals. Egypt imports things like corn, wheat, coal, military parts and feedstuff. Some of the ways modern Egyptians get around is by taxi, buses, trains, cars and even ferries to get across The Nile River! Some of the ways people on Egypt communicate is by phones, mail, the press, internet, television and by the radio. Egyptian women wear hegabs which are head scarves and hebeyas which are long robes and some young Egyptians even wear jeans and skirts! Meanwhile ancient Egyptians wore sandals and tunics and even kilts! Wow! Who knew Egyptian fashion was so interesting? 

They have two different religions Muslim (mostly Sunni) 94%, Coptic Christian and other 6%. The climate is usually hot and sunny for most of the year in Egypt. Winters (November to February) are generally mild when to go: October - April when it's a bit cooler, but the Red Sea coast is a year-round destination.

The continent is Africa.The location is 28 degrees north, 30 degrees east and the Gaza Egypt covers just over 1 million square kilometers, about the same size as France and Germany combined.   8. EgyptHuman Environment Interaction The environment of Egypt is mainly dessert. Egypt is part of the Sahara desert, which means it is hot and dry. The Nile River runs through Egypt. People have adapted to their environment by living close to the Nile River and not in the desert. People in Egypt have modified their environment by digging canals and irrigation ditches. The people in Egypt depend on the Nile River for a source of water and food. That is one reason why Cairo has so many people living in it. One of the effects of changes in the environment is that if you have irrigation ditches you can grow crops. FUN FACT: Cairo is home to Africa’s only subway.
