PROCEDURE OF FEAST BASKET OF THE FIELD WOULD BE TAKEN TO THE TEMPLE IN JERUSALEM THE WEALTHY WOULD OUTLINE BASKET IN GOLD OR SILVER POOR USED A WICKER BASKET THOSE CLOSE TO JERUSALEM BROUGHT FRUIT AS IS THOSE WHO LIVED FURTHER OUT DRIED OUT FRUIT THE INDIVIDUAL OR THE PRIEST WOULD WAIVE THE BASKET BEFORE THE LORD

GOD APPOINTS THIS FEAST Lev:23:27Also on the 10th day of this 7th month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and you shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD. And you shall do no work in that same day: for it is a day of atonement, to make an atonement for you before the LORD your God.
