  3. Weekly Meeting structure • Tuesday tc-meeting 1.30 – FV/HGR • Management. Brief technical updates. Critical issues • Tc-team • Wednesday 1.00: integration- FV • Models, beam pipe, specifications (HFT/FGT interface). • Thursday: 1.00 Hardware HM • Detailed progress on PXL, IST • Friday: 1.30 Software SM • Wednesday SSD: 11.00 HM/MLV • Includes contact to Nantes. Bi-weekly

  4. MeetingsDocument preparation • Interface specification, March 24 Before CD-2 we need design review for baseline design, cost and schedule. It may be advantageous to have some of these split up.

  5. Integration specification • Let discuss the proposed format from Leo/Eric. • What is overall needed? • Identify lead person. • Set goals for drafts, completion. • I like the scroud+biasing to be documented (not presented), and have a final review.

  6. Grounding plans • Let us present here what has been done some far. • How can this information be gathered in a document. • Gather information, have review with Ciro, Gerard (of documents first) to find problems

  7. Documentation • Adepts for models? How are these tracked? Change control? • How can these be indexed reasonably. • Leo,Jow are setting up a svn server for PXL electric; Specification of these documents. Change control? • Project CD docs will be with KM,FV in final and controlled form. • Other documents reports, detector specification. • Drupal (exclude non star people (ICHP, Nantes..) • Web pages; control, backup an issue.

  8. Near term plan • Complete physics response!!
