During the pandemic, Iyad recognized how much time he was missing with his family and decided to switch careers by starting his own social marketing business. The idea of building a career while working at home near his family was the decision-making tipping point.

Iyad traveled extensively around the Middle East and Central Asia, including UAE, Qatar, and Turkey, and fell in love with Al-Bireh, Palestine.
