  2. HILOS CONDUCTORES * Para ser docente...hay que formarse. * Para ser docente universitario...también hay que formarse. * ¿Cuándo debería realizarse la formación? * ¿Qué debería incluir y jerarquizar la formación?

  3. FUNCIONES DEL PROFESOR UNIVERSITARIO * Docencia. * Investigación. * Gestión. * Extensión.

  4. COMPETENCIAS PARA EL DESARROLLO DE LA PROFESIÓN DOCENTE * Formación en el saber (conocimientos que se enseñan y también en saber enseñar esos conocimientos). * Formación en el ser.

  5. PRINCIPALES LÍNEAS DE LA FORMACIÓN DOCENTE UNIVERSITARIA *Investigar la propia práctica. *Facilitar la construcción metodológica. *Asumir que el aula universitaria es un espacio de privilegio para construir nuevos significados sobre los procesos educativos.

  6. LA FORMACIÓN DOCENTE ES UN EJE FUNDAMENTAL DE LAS TRANSFORMACIONES UNIVERSITARIAS. *Consolidar un saber y un hacer didáctico. * Asumir la enseñanza universitaria como una tarea científica, compleja e interdisciplinaria. *Desarrollar la investigación didáctica. * Promover innovaciones didácticas. * Entender el aula universitaria como un espacio abierto y crítico donde se construye y reconstruye el saber ( y el saber didáctico en particular).

  7. DESAFÍOS DE LA DIDÁCTICA UNIVERSITARIA.VÍNCULOS ENTRE LA ENSEÑANZA Y… * la producción. *la cultura profesional. *los recursos tecnológicos. *la gestión universitaria. *el desarrollo personal.

PRINCIPALES OBSTÁCULOS PARA EL DESARROLLO DE LA FORMACIÓN DOCENTE UNIVERSITARIA *Pensar y creer que para enseñar alcanza con tener dominio del saber. *Poca divulgación de la Didáctica en el contexto universitario. *Escaso interés institucional para convertir la Enseñanza universitaria en un tema importante.
