  19. 二、存在的问题 1.国家自动站从7月开始由对逐小时气温、气压等6要素评估，变为对全要素（共47种）评估。因大部分省份由MDOS软件生成的质控后文件中的24小时最高气温、24小时最低气温的质控码为“无观测任务”，评估时被认为是缺测，所以7月份国家自动站各省平均可用率普遍偏低。  2.国家自动站5分钟到报及时率仅50%左右，远低于全国平均78%，各台站传输时效能否提前？  3.个别参与考核的区域站要素缺测，影响数据质量。

  20. 三、7月份视频会商系统运行情况 全国会商，福建全月无故障，月检正常。 省内会商，发言199次，会商时长3180分钟，各市局均没有出现故障，月检正常。
