What is Naviance Succeed? • A web-based tool that includes a suite of applications that enable schools and families to build and manage personalized learning plans for each student that align with college and career readiness objectives. Naviance brings together innovative planning tools that help students establish short and long-term goals, take ownership of their academic choices, and become more engaged in what they’re learning by connecting it to their future. It will enable teachers, counselors, administrators and families to collaborate with students on a daily basis as they chart their future paths and work toward college and career readiness.
