  8. Decreasing the “friction” of signing up for the newsletter After Before Input Email Address

  9. New Goals • Increase membership and maintain membership • More tailored content for the physicians • Have more submissions from academic physicians • Increase Public education outreach • Increase visual appeal of the website • Improve the mobile viewing on cell-phones

Proposed measures of Success • A better front page call to ACTION • Promote the advocacy that the organization does • A New York Times Model Application • Plan to attract 3/4th year medical students • Tailoring of the website – (physicians. members. Consumers.) • Submissions from academic physicians • Make a link for the MMS on the New England Journal website more prominent • Make it easier for visitors to sign up for the newsletter buy having a text box prominent on all of the pages.
