  4. What worked well? • A group of people who work well together • The appropriate range of skills - experience • The appropriate levels of skills - strategic and operational • No fixed ideas

  5. How it worked well? • Ensured credibility • Consideration of what might put the project off- target – e.g. possibility of a leaver • Get opinions of what is good and what isn’t • If something isn’t working, change it.
