  2. Since its early turnover in June, 100 hundred residents at SOHO Central has accepted the keys to their units and are now enjoying the benefits of the project’s early turnover. The 886-unit residential condominium of Century Properties, Meridien Development and Greenfield Development on Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong was originally scheduled for delivery in December 2009 for the Shaw Tower, and December 2010 for the Mayflower Tower. Unit inspection, punch listing and turnover is currently in progress and may continue until late this year, as most unit owners are working or vacationing abroad, said turnover team head Rhema Degayo. She adds that most residents who flew home for the early turnover wanted to maximize their investments by moving in immediately, or preparing it for future leasing. 100 residents enjoy early turnover at SOHO Central Project delivered 18 months ahead of schedule

Amenities at SOHO Central are now open for the use of residents, including the adult and children’s swimming pools, the fitness center with gym and aerobics areas, function/meeting room with pantry, and homeowner’s lounge. The operator for the spa, which has steam bath and sauna areas, has scheduled a soft opening on July 17. The in-house laundry service area is also slated to open shortly. SOHO Central’s walkway to the MRT Edsa Central Station is expected to open between October to December 2009, according to Greenfield Development. The commercial areas on the ground floor, also to be operated by Greenfield, is expected to open on the second half of 2010.
