  3. The British won a victory in Cambria. The start of the battle of Verdun. The U.S.A. declared war on Germany. Germans captured Warsaw from Russians. • The start of Loos battles. • The British forces surrender To Turkish. • Battle of CaporettoItalian Army was defeated.

  4. Second Battle of the Marne started. The start of the collapse of the German army. The Treaty of Brest-Litovsk was signed between Russia and Germany. Armistice between Germany and Russia signed Turkey made peace. • Turkish forces collapsed at Megiddo. • Germany started an offensive in Flanders. • Brittan captured Jerusalem from the Turks.
