  3. Site ID and Password • Site ID—0056354 • Password—tahoma

  4. Create your accountClick Create Portfolio

  5. Portfolio Name • Portfolio Name • First Initial+LastName+Month and Day of Birth • Example for Mike Jones born on February 17 • mjones0217

  6. Portfolio Password • Student ID Number • When finished, click Create Portfolio

  7. Go to Your Activities • Four Clicks: • Click Choices Planner • Click Your Portfolio • Click All About You • Click Your Activities

  8. Uploading Documents • Under Your Files and Attachments • Select Add a file • Use the Browse button to find the file • Give it a title and a description • Upload the file
