  2. What Am I? Device that converts mechanical energy to electrical energy Uses electromagnetic induction Reverse by different energy’s is by a Motor

  3. How I Work..

  4. Some Parts in a Generator… A Cover to put on top Generator Transfer switch Quiet Mufflers Generator Heater Starter Voltage Regulators

  5. Types of Generators…  Gas Power  Electric Power  Wind Powered

  6. Why We Use Them… Used during a power outage. Use during a natural disaster with no where to go. (Provide heat, etc.) Used when a important battery goes out in your home.

  7. Facts on Me… Don’t use them on the inside. Gives off Carbon Monoxide While running a generator in a poweroutage,DO NOTconnect to anotherpower source; such as a power line The Electric load should never exceed the manufacturer’s rating.

  8. How I Run… Motor Battery Wires, etc.

  9. What I Look Like…

  10. Where It Comes From… Briggs and Straton… Located in Jefferson, WI, and in other places around the country. Makes lawnmower engines, generator engines, small engines and much more
