  3. It’s About the Pledge 4-H’s mission is to create supportive learning environments for youth and adultsto reach their fullest potential as capable, competent and caring citizens.

  4. It’s About the Pledge North Dakota 4-H is delivered primarily through the NDSU Extension Service’s 53 county offices.

  5. It’s About the Pledge Youth who participate in 4-H

  6. 4-Hhelps young people excel beyond their peers.

  7. Young people in 4-Hare committed to improving their communities.

  8. 4-H’ers excel in school and the sciences.

  9. 4-H youth make healthy choices.
