What is the performance required to achieve that result, given current intelligence and diligent prognosis? What are the components of performance and at what level must they be delivered to produce this performance. 4. What is the current position relative to the result sought? What is the current performance? At what level are the components now? 7. Who are the people involved now? What are the presently available performance related resources? 9. What could be done to bridge the goal – reality gap? What could be done better or differently or what different things can be done? 10. Who are the people who could do that? What resources could/would be required? What will the plan/strategy be? What will be done in terms of tasks and actions and by whom? What controls/monitoring must be put in place to learn faster, adjust, adapt and move forward more effectively? What learning plans are put in place to remain ahead of the game?
