  4. 1 Morning Top Tier Application Checkouts SCOPE • Checkouts of Top Tier Applications • Executed Daily Monday – Saturday 4:00 A.M. – 6:00 A.M. • Performed by the Data Center SERVICE REQUEST • Not required. This is a standard service offering of the Data Center PROCESS DETAILS INPUT Documented Checkout Procedure, Automated Checkout scripts OUTPUT Updated Top Tier Application Checkout Spreadsheet PLANNING Operations Review (OPREV) EXECUTION Data Center Services (CO3)

  5. 1 Morning Top Tier Application Checkouts(continued) PROCESS EXECUTION MONDAY - SATURDAY Starts 4:00 AM • Top Tier Apps checkout • Data Center updates Top Tier App Checkout Spreadsheet Ends 6:00 AM

  6. 2 Weekend Maintenance Zones SCOPE • All Infrastructure Changes deployed between 12:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. Sunday (IMZ & UMZ) • Executed every weekend (on Sunday) • Checkout of top tier business applications by owners SERVICE REQUEST • Not required. This is a standard service offering of the Data Center PROCESS DETAILS INPUTTech Services Change Memos (TSCM), Peregrine ServiceCenter Client, Infra-CCB Agenda, IS Planning Calendar OUTPUTCheckout plan for Top Tier Business Applications PLANNINGOperations Review (OPREV) EXECUTIONData Center Services (COWKEND)

  7. 2 Weekend Maintenance Zones (continued) PROCESS EXECUTION FRIDAY SATURDAY Starts 12:00 AM • Tech Services implements its scheduled changes between 12:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. • Top Tier Apps checkout • Data Center sends status reports at 6:30 A.M., 2:30 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. SUNDAY Ends 7:00 PM

  8. 3 Unplanned Maintenance and Deployments SCOPE • All Infrastructure Changes deployed between 12:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. Sunday (IMZ & UMZ) • Executed every weekend (on Sunday) • Checkout of top tier business applications by owners SERVICE REQUEST • Not required.   10. 4 Managed Deploy for Large Project Weekends SCOPE • Multiple IS Project Deployment weekends • Deployment Communication Coordination across multiple project deployments • Checkout of top tier business applications by owners PROCESS INITIATION By Request to Operations Review (OPREV) 4 weeks prior to deployment weekend PROCESS DETAILS INPUTIS Planning Calendar, “word of mouth”, Tech Services Change Memos (TSCM), Peregrine ServiceCenter Client, Infra-CCB Agenda OUTPUTConsolidated Implementation Plan Consolidated Infrastructure Dependency ListConsolidated Milestone List PLANNINGOperations Review (OPREV) EXECUTIONData Center Services (All Shifts)

  11. 4 Managed Deploy for Large Project Weekends(continued) PROCESS EXECUTION Starts 8:00 A.M. • Project Teams start deployments • Data Center 24 x 3 deployment office: • Sends regular status reports on all projects over the weekend • Facilitates issue resolution • Facilitates discussions between project teams and tech services • Coordinates with top tier apps to checkout • Data Center sends final status report on Sunday evening FRIDAY SATURDAY SUNDAY Ends 10:00 P.M.
