  1. James Malinchak: The Top Seven Benefits of a Mastermind with Successful Entrepreneurs

  2. According to Napoleon Hill, the author of ‘Think & Grow Rich,’ a mastermind is ‘an alliance of two or more minds that create a friendly environment to gather, classify, and organize new information for fast and effective implementation.” Hill eloquently described one of the best things I ever did for my own business and my clients’ businesses. I belong to a wealth attracting mastermind, and I created my own wealth attracting mastermind for my clients to connect with each other.

  3. MASTERMINDING is such an efficient business tactic that I have deduced seven primary benefits.

  4. 1) Brainstorming with like-minded power thinkers and achievers • When you have multiple people thinking of ideas to help you think of alternative avenues for marketing and joint venture opportunities, you are likely to find success. This is especially helpful when you are in a group with achievers and people who attract wealth. These smart business minded entrepreneurs are excellent resources to motivate you towards making smart decisions.

  5. 2) Being listened to and helped • Part of the benefit of masterminding is being heard. Often, when business people are with their regular peers or family, the entrepreneur is looked at as if they are speaking a foreign language.

  6. It takes a unique skillset to be excited about business. When you are not with people who understand what you are excited about and what you are talking about, it can be frustrating. • Additionally, you do not have to waste time explaining what you are talking about or defending why you are doing what you are doing to non-entrepreneurs.

  7. 3) Being motivated and challenged • When you are with other business people who are attracting wealth, you are motivated to attract wealth, too. When you are around people who are doing things and making things happen for themselves, then you are motivated to take your business to a higher level, too.

  8. Additionally, your peer group in a mastermind is likely to challenge you to meet goals. This challenge to succeed within a period or a financial mark pushes you to take your business further.

  9. 4) Being accepted When you are a motivated, successful, wealthy business person, being out in the world among regular people can be frustrating because they might avoid you or act negatively against you due to jealousy. • It seems funny to have people hate you because you are successful, but that is what happens.

  10. Therefore, it can be challenging to be among regular groups of people because what they expect from you may be different from how you want to interact with them. • You may hear that wealthy people tend to hang around wealthy people. That is correct to some respect. It is not fun to be around people who have a poverty conscious attitude and who can never get ahead. Therefore, like does attract like!

  11. 5) Recognition for achievements • Being recognized for greatness has its moments! When you are among people who are proud of you for your success without being jealous, it feels good. They can see the work and intelligence that you put into yourself and your business. These like-minded people can distinguish the talents you set forth to accomplish your success.

  12. Therefore, you are likely to be recognized at a different level than others who do not know what it is like to own and run a business.

  13. 6) Safe environment to share information • It is refreshing to be in a group of people that you do not have to worry about stealing your ideas or taking your comments to the media. When you are with like-minded business people, the authenticity to do good for the partners in your group is amazing. The ethical bind keeps everyone in a good place.

  14. Plus, these people are not going to shame you or minimize you. They may be blunt and let you know the challenges they foresee with your idea, but they are going to be considerate about your bottom dollar when they share that information.

  15. 7) Fresh eyes and ears to see pitfalls and opportunities for you • When you are too close to a project, it is easy to overlook some very clear issues or problems. Additionally, you might miss out on other opportunities only because your focus was on one area rather than looking at the bigger picture in another direction.

  16. When you bring a challenge or a new concept to the mastermind, you are going to get ideas that you never contemplated. Your mastermind group is going to review everything with a fresh perspective that is expected to generate positivity towards your business!

  17. Regardless of what benefit attracts you most, you are likely to obtain all seven of these attributes when you belong to one of my mastermind groups.

  18. The reason you gain so much benefit is that I attract a high quality clientele that is full of the movers and shakers of the world! It attracts such a high level of professionals that I refer to the group as the 3% club!

  19. If you want to be one of my 3%ers, come to one of my next boot camps to find out more about it.
