  3. 康展二電廠 業績---12月份預估目標:0.05e ※說明 : 11月業績需求0.04e ,實際達成0.06e

  4. 康展2013年客戶PPM 一、電源不良8臺 占總不良100%: 1) GP9002-000GT HS1&HS2 與機殼打火*3臺, 對策:1.在機殼接合處及輸出線材口塗 EPOXY膠,導入新灌膠工法,並在上蓋增加絕緣膠,RD已 發EC(P1ECO-1307130);2.每工令抽3~5PCS做浸水 1m 試驗（IP67 規格要求） 2) GPD003-000GT *5PCS D1 SH*3臺 客戶操作不當 AC 輸入與DC 輸出接反.對策:在LABEL上增加備注AC 輸入與DC 輸出標示; 4) 端子臺破損*1臺 客戶組裝造成 建議客戶調整扭力； 5) U1 NG*1臺(廠商:品佳)不良送廠商分析；

  5. 康展2013年OQA PPM 說明:1>作業問題*1件 GP9002 漏鎖上蓋螺絲*1件 對策:1>宣導所有鎖螺絲人員.按先後順序作業后必須自檢.用螺絲盤計數,使用完後如螺絲盤內有多或少要立即向領班反應.外觀總檢重點確認單體螺絲是否有漏鎖.
