  2. Deputy Sheriff James William Whisterbarth has announced plans to run for Sheriff of Marion County, Arkansas.

  3. James Wusterbarth grew up in Searcy County Arkansas, and graduated in 2011 with a BA in Criminal Justice from U of A at Pinebluff. and Yellville,

  4. After Whisterbarth moved to Clark County where he worked as a Corrections Officer for the Nevada Department of Corrections for three years. graduation, Nevada

  5. In 2014 Whisterbarth moved from Las Vegas, NV to Erie, Pennsylvania to work for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. After five years with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, he moved back to Arkansas in 2019 to work for the Marion County Sheriff's Department.

  6. James Wusterbarth is 34 and owns a home in Yellville. He is unmarried and is an active Bass Fisher in Bull Shoals Lake. Deputy Sheriff Whisterbarth is running for the seat of Sheriff of Marion County.
