    8. Indiana Performance Historic Low in Indiana for General Industrial & Construction Indiana Non-fatal Injury and Illness Rate was 4.9 in 2008 for General Industry. Ten years ago(1998) it was 8.2. Improvement for Construction Trades was Even More Impressive: 1998 = 10 and 2008 = 4.6

    9. Indiana Performance Reduction in Injury and Illness Rates has been steady over the past 10 years Injury data is statistically credible No observed widespread recordkeeping issues OSHA 300 errors may be more attributable to the complexity of Recordkeeping Guidelines
