  2. CNC/ KSP QAD system Maintenance • OBJECTIVE : 一 .CNC QAD program 須求 1.大工單-小工單 須求 : 用 KSP 已開發程式 ,3/26 已放在 UAT ,通知User 測試 2. PO 須 Super user 功能 : 3/26 已完成 , 4/4 上 prod 3. PO overdue 的日期須改設定為 run autopo 的隔天 . 4. CPO 周翔於 4/9 調到CNC 5. 其它報表 /維護程式修改 二. KSP QAD program 須求 1. 王雪芳 / 張利民 需再訓練其它模組 2. 4/25 已面試並確認新人於 5/1國假後報到. 3. ABO EDI 及各模塊SOP 的建立 4. 其它報表 /維護程式修改

  3. KSP/CNC QAD system Training • KSP 王雪芳 ---年資一年多 , 熟進出口 / 採購系統 • KSP 張利民 ---約 1年 , 須再訓練 • CNC 李星 ---熟採購系統 , 轉由周翔做訓練 • CNC 丁曉峰 ---3/5 轉正 , 將轉由周翔做訓練工作

  4. eService System (1) • my job is to build the eService System • OBJECTIVE : • Import SAP data and ISPD R1R3 data • Query replaced BOM platform

  5. BI for CCD Report Project (2) • OBJECTIVE : • Help user to generate the report by BI • Help user to build the FRU data and group mapping rule • Build a web site for user maintain data

  6. FIWH Project (3) • OBJECTIVE : • Receive SAP and ATS Inventory daily • Generate BI reports automatically • Send ATS AIR doc to ATS • Build maintain KPI WEB platform • Total : 12 Reports

  7. SQE Project (4) • OBJECTIVE : • Transfer SAP platform to WEB platform • Get data from SAP daily • Get SAP data in real time and display on WEB • After user confirm data , Response data to SAP in real time • Waiting BI Server PR approval .

  8. RMA (5) • OBJECTIVE : 1.Download T&C table 2.Upload T&C Table 3.在Web 維護 T&C Table 4.RMA simulation 5.Generate RMA Number . 6.Create Customer Request Form head

  9. Authorization Control SOP (6) • OBJECTIVE : • 建立管控User登入系統機制(Web 部分)

  10. Data Center SOP (7) • OBJECTIVE : • 統計User使用系統狀況(包含Web,及 Analyzer) • 統計資料庫資料量的變化(SQL Server) • 統計報表流覽使用狀況(Analyzer) • BI/eService 帳號申請表

  11. RMS Project (8) • OBJECTIVE : • 13 Reports • 準時開線率 • 外部轉嫁/部門轉嫁 • 良率 by Project • 生產排程達成率 • …….

PCBA Project (9) • OBJECTIVE : 1) Showing slow moving PCBA by model/SKU/P/N weekly. --- PCBA staid in SMT over 7manufacturing/working days. 2) Each slow moving PCBA’ s QTY trend chart. --- With past 10 weekly data’s trend chart, with upper control limit line 3) Tracking system to monitor each factory assigned SMT manager’s report. --- Escalation function when report delayed over 2 days --- Improvement or corrective action should be ready on the report. --- System automatically forward to relative operation director by weekly. --- GM office’s VP level managers receive the report once a month.

  13. FIWH Project V1.5 (10) • OBJECTIVE : • Show raw data from BI • Change ATS AIR file format • Get New message from ATS • Generate 1 new report
