  3. National Beta Club Week : March 4 - 8 • Selling Shamrocks to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation (before School and during lunch) • (National Beta Club Service Project) • Daily Announcements made about BETA Club

  4. March 5 – May 2 • Every Tuesday & Thursday • 5:30 – 7:30 • 2 volunteers • May have additional tournaments that need help

  5. April 13, 2013 • Homewood Central Park • Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. • Walk will begin at 9:30 a.m. • 3 Mile walk • Contact Person: Kelsey Morelli

  6. April 26 • Bike for Bagwell • walk to Homewood Park • Bake sale throughout the night at park

  7. Spirit Scamper • May 4 • Homewood High School

  8. May 6 – 10 • Make Goodie Bags for Teachers

  10. Reminders: • This Semester: Every member is required to obtain 4 service hours this semester. • All volunteer sign -ups will be on line: you can sign up using your phones/ ipads/computers; This way I can read your name and contact info • Turn in hour slips to Grade Level Secretary: • Sr. = Alex Andrews Jr. = Sam Jefferson Soph. = Andrew Rose • DO NOT LEAVE YOUR HOUR SLIPS on the BETA CLUB BOARD or with Mrs. Hardin. It is your responsibility to find your grade level secretary.

  11. Probation or Inactive Notice? • If you receive a probation notice, you have until the end of the current semester to fulfill your membership obligations (i.e. bring up your grades, attend meetings, or perform your service hours). • If you fail to fulfill your obligation to BETA Club, you will be dismissed from BETA Club membership. (Inactive – you will not wear a BETA Club Stole at graduation) • You may only receive hours for Beta Club Sponsored events.
