  3. Testing Center Finals To use the Testing Center you must schedule your tests early, and be on campus and available while your test is in the Testing Center.

  4. On-Line Testing • We do On-line testing for on-line classes. • On-line tests for face to face classes are provided at this time. • Because of the stress of finals, if at all possible please close your on-line tests before finals begin.

  6. Test Scheduling Testing Center Finals must be *** SCHEDULED EARLY*** as we can run out of room.

  7. Test Scheduling • Please ask your students to come to take tests administered in the Testing Center during the time period they are scheduled to take their test in class. • There will be opportunity to enter via a priority line or wait in a standby line. • Priority entry is determined by the time appointed for the test to be taken in class.

  8. Test Delivery • The test (digital or paper), key, and information sheet are to be delivered to the testing center: • As early as possible and • No later than two weeks before the first day of finals. • If this is a problem for you – PLEASE call us and let us know so we can respond to your needs. There will be NO RETAKES Administered During Finals

  9. Period Open • We will schedule your Final to your needs. • Most students will take finals early rather than late. However, please consider your students needs - some of them may have multiple finals all on one day and may need an extra day to finish. • If there are lines at closing time I will open your test for the following day to accommodate those who could not get in. • We require that you be available to deal with problems that might occur. • Honor Code issues • Test Question problems • etc. • If you cannot be available we need you to provide an authorized contact person who will be available.

  10. Pick-Up • Finals Test results and reporting will be available for pick-up the day after your test closes after 11:00am. • Saturday following finals from 11:00 to 1:00. • Write-On partial test pickup is OK. • We can provide you with an ASCII file with scores and responses by request. • Our WEB pages can provide your student scores live as they happen.
